Honda splits the 2025 Accord’s trim levels between the gas-electric variant and the strictly combustion-engine version that we cover on this page (please see our separate page on the Accord Hybrid). The two trim packages for the gas-only Accord are named LX and SE. Their powertrain pairs a 192-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The front-wheel drive Accord is nicely fuel efficient, as it achieves 29 mpg around town and 37 mpg on the highway, according to the EPA’s official estimations.
The LX is the base trim, but it’s nonetheless well equipped, getting automatic climate control (single zone), proximity keyless entry, auto-on/off LED headlights, push-button ignition, power-adjustable exterior mirrors, cruise control, an overhead console compartment for sunglasses, illuminated vanity mirrors, and a 10.2-inch driver information display that can be customized. Each row also gets its own USB-C ports and cup holders. The SE is enhanced with a second automatic climate-control zone, heated front seats, a 10-way power driver’s seat, a moonroof, a 60/40-split fold-down rear seatback, and a locking glove compartment.
The Honda Sensing suite of driver-assist technologies is installed on every 2025 Accord. It consists of adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, a driver attention monitor, forward collision warning, collision mitigation braking, road departure mitigation, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, traffic jam assist, and traffic sign recognition. The SE adds a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert as well.
The 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system is standard issue. Its components are Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming, a Wi-Fi hotspot. As far as the audio system, the LX gets four speakers while the SE is given eight speakers to surround its occupants with sound.
