The ‘25 CR-V Hybrid has three trim levels to choose from: the Sport Hybrid, Sport-L Hybrid, and Sport Touring Hybrid. Their powertrain unites two electric motors, a 2.0-liter L4 engine, and an electronic continuously variable transmission. Although all-wheel drive (AWD) comes standard on the Sport Touring Hybrid, it’s an optional upgrade on the other two trims. Regardless of the driveline, this hybrid system can generate up to 204 total horsepower and 247 lb.-ft. of torque. Trims with two-wheel drive (2WD) achieve an EPA-estimated 43 mpg around town and 36 mpg on the highway. AWD CR-Vs return an estimated 40 mpg city/34 mpg highway. For a more personalized feel, there’s a drive mode selector with four settings: Normal, Snow, Sport, and ECON.
The Sport Hybrid is a nicely equipped starting point, with its power moonroof, heated front seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, and dual-zone automatic climate control. It also has cloth upholstery, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster screen, rear-seat heater ducts, a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, ambient lighting within the center console, three USB ports (one front/two rear), and two 12-volt power outlets (one front/one rear). Its exterior features include LED lighting (headlights, daytime running lights, and taillights), Smart Entry with Walk Away Auto Lock, dual chrome exhaust finishers, gloss-black roof rails, heated power side mirrors with integrated LED turn indicators, a heated windshield-wiper zone, 18-inch gloss-black alloy wheels, and remote start with climate control.
The Sport-L Hybrid adds a power tailgate with programmable height, leather seats with orange stitching, memory settings for the driver’s seat, a 4-way power-adjustable passenger’s seat, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a wireless phone charger. At the top of the lineup, the Sport Touring Hybrid has a heated steering wheel,  19-inch gloss-black alloy wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, hands-free access for the power tailgate, and ambient lighting in the door pulls, footwells, and center console.
Every ‘25 CR-V Hybrid has Honda Sensing installed. This safety-enhancing technology bundle consists of forward collision warning, collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, road departure mitigation, a driver attention monitor, a blind-spot information system, a cross-traffic monitor, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, traffic sign recognition, traffic jam assist, automatic high-beam headlights, and rear seat reminder. The Sport-L Hybrid is fully loaded, adding parking sensors (front/rear) and low-speed braking control.
The Sport Hybrid’s multimedia system pairs a 7-inch color touchscreen with a 240-watt, six-speaker sound system and comes with the following technologies: Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and streaming audio, SMS text messaging, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and a radio data system. The Sport-L Hybrid upgrades to a 320-watt, eight-speaker stereo, a 9-inch color touchscreen, and wireless smartphone connectivity (Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay) while also adding SiriusXM satellite radio and HD Radio. At the top of the lineup, the Sport Touring Hybrid has the ultimate sound system: a 12-speaker Bose unit. It also gets a Wi-Fi hotspot and satellite-linked navigation with voice recognition and Honda HD Digital Traffic.
