Trims and Powertrain

There are four 2025 Ridgeline trim packages: Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition. This lineup is driven by a 3.5-liter V6 engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission (with paddle shifters), a powertrain that produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque. Every trim comes with AWD and an intelligent traction management system that has settings for snow, sand, mud, and normal driving scenarios. Plus, all trims come with an integrated Class III trailer hitch with a 7-pin connector (towing maximum: 5,000 pounds).

Standard Equipment

The Sport’s interior highlights are fabric upholstery, wireless phone charging, tri-zone automatic climate control, rear-seat heat/AC ducts, two front-row USB ports, and a 12-volt power outlet in each row. The exterior roster includes a dual-action tailgate, truck-bed lighting, an in-bed trunk, eight truck bed tie-down cleats, power side mirrors, a dual-chrome exhaust finisher, Smart Entry with Walk Away Auto Lock, 18-inch Shark Gray alloy wheels, remote engine start, and LED lighting (automatic on/off headlights, fog lights, and taillights).

The RTL gains leather upholstery, heated front seats, a ten-way power driver’s seat with memory, a four-way power passenger’s seat, a power moonroof, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, the HomeLink remote system, heated power side-view mirrors, a power-sliding rear window, and 18-inch Pewter Gray machine-finished alloy wheels.

The TrailSport differentiates itself with all-terrain tires and an off-road-tuned suspension.

It also has power-folding side mirrors, LED daytime running lights, orange ambient interior lighting, all-season floor mats, Trail Orange stitching on the leather seating and leather-wrapped steering wheel, and trim-specific 18-inch alloy wheels (Pewter Gray finish). The Black Edition trades orange stitching for red on its leather upholstery and adds red ambient interior lighting, ventilated front seats, rear outboard heated seating, two rear USB ports, and 18-inch Berlina Black alloy wheels. Its bed also gets LED lighting and a 150-watt/400-watt power outlet.

Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology

From the entry-level Sport to the top-of-the-line Black Edition, every 2025 Ridgeline is appointed with these Honda Sensing technologies: auto high-beams, a cross-traffic monitor, the blind-spot information system, forward collision warning, collision mitigation braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, road departure mitigation, and adaptive cruise control. Front and rear parking sensors are added to the TrailSport and Black Edition.

Infotainment and Connectivity

A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system keeps the Ridgeline’s occupants well connected and entertained. Coming standard are wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and streaming audio, and HondaLink connectivity. SiriusXM satellite radio is added at the RTL level, while satellite-linked navigation with voice recognition and Honda HD Digital Traffic is standard on the two highest trims. The Black Edition alone upgrades to a 540-watt premium audio system with eight speakers and a subwoofer, plus HD Radio.
