After my first service appointment last week at a different Honda dealer, I was not thrilled to see the Low Tire Pressures symbol appear on the dash of my new Honda. I called and was told I needed to drive back to have it checked - some distance. Instead I stopped in to Balise Honda where I was greeted by GEO. He explained what probably occurred and then checked all four tires, and they turned out to be fine. This man, a true credit to the Balise service department, spent considerable time with me to be sure I understood the issue and what to do if it happened again. Then, instead of simply turning off the dashboard indicator, he got in the car and took me step by step through the process so I would know how to do that myself. GEO will bring me back to Balise for all my Honda needs. Thanks, Geo! Job well done!

I give 4 stars because I received a lot of help with financing and other things. This was until I took the car in my possession. It was a used car so it had some stains that I was Assured would be removed in the detailing and it was not. Also, the previous owner must have owned a cat because once the car sat in the sun it smelled of cat (and/or cat urine). I called a few times with no avail. I also spoke (in person) with a lady in sales and She said that they they do not shampoo anything in the car. This is not what I was told When I was purchasing the car.
