Went in to purchase tire for my CR-V. purchased 4, have purchased tires before with mounting and balance included, wheel weights, road hazard. This trip they charged for this pkg. Sign on wall still said all included. Service mgr. would not honor sign. Would not discuss!!! Rude I have done business with Balise Honda for about 14 years and have never had a problem with a service manager until now. He needs to learn about customer service.

I have used Honda Service for my 2010 Pilot since new. I have worked with Chris G at Balise and feel he is knowledgeable and will give it to you straight. I was quickly taken in to service area, pass along key and service type we requested to reception. Met with Kyle our Service Rep immediately and we were off to waiting area to do some reading for work. Only a few people waiting so it was a quiet and effective time for me. Imagine if you will, flat tire on I-91 ! I quickly changed the flat but the spare was almost flat too! I slowly got off 91 in Holyoke and found Balise Honda nearby. They took me right in and after about an hour of trying to fix/repair time, all they could do is put air in the spare tire and send me on my way. Everyone was so nice and they didn't even charge me for their time working on my Accord. Highly recommend Balise Honda

Brought my 2004 Accord in for a safety and mechanical check (181K miles). I was impressed by the service team, their efficiency, and courtesy. Car had to be kept overnight, so they offered me a rental which was very reasonable and minimized the inconvenience. The work they did was very good. My service rep was Chris George. Went to the Ready Credit dealership on East Columbus Ave on an intensive search for the right SUV. Knowing that I did not have the best credit I figured that getting a car here was impossible. When I picked up my car I notice by the documents that I received pertaining to the work they did on my car that not only they completed all three recalls but they completed an entire inspection of my car to ensure everything was good and the transmission was running well. i bought a 2013 CRV in early august, the first week i had it had a hesitation. i took back to the dealer they could not find anything wrong. i have take it back three more times and they make do what i'm saying it's doing. they checked with Honda they said they have no fix for problem. I've purchased many cars from Balise Honda and have them serviced there regularly. Although I would not characterize them as inexpensive, the service has always been performed as promised and I have experienced no issues. In addition, I recently had an engine misfire issue on my Odyssey and declarer performed a complete ring job of engine at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend them.
