Honda has long had a winner with the Pilot, which continues to attract eager buyers – especially those with active families – year after year. Model year 2026 brings a refresh of note, with updated styling, smarter tech, and expanded amenities. For instance, the 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster—previously reserved for the Elite and Black Edition—is now standard, and the entire lineup gains a new 12.3-inch touchscreen in place of the former 7- and 9-inch infotainment centers. All trims are equipped with Google built-in, wireless smartphone connectivity, CabinTalk in-car PA, Wi-Fi, and have access to the automaker’s full suite of HondaLink services. The Sport trim gets a power liftgate and a 9-speaker sound system, while the EX-L adds a removable second-row center seat with in-trunk storage. The Touring now boasts power-folding side-view mirrors, TrailWatch, and a multi-view camera, and a 115-volt outlet replaces the 110-volt outlet in the TrailSport, Elite, and Black Edition.
For 2026, Honda’s three-row SUV adopts a boxy front fascia with a squared-off grille above a two-tone bumper. Solar Silver Metallic and Smoke Blue Pearl replace Lunar Silver Metallic and Obsidian Blue Pearl in the base color palette, and Ash Green Metallic takes the place of Diffused Sky Blue Pearl on the TrailSport. New wheel finishes include Pewter Gray for the EX-L and Shark Gray on the Touring and Elite. The Touring now comes standard with all-wheel drive, and is no longer available with front-wheel drive. Honda has also streamlined the lineup, removing the HPD wheel option from the EX-L and Touring grades and introducing a Touring Blackout trim with black exterior elements.
